At Incroy & Merv, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we have outlined our Returns and Refunds Policy to make the process as seamless as possible.
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 2-3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Tags must also be attached.
- Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Support@incroymerv.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Final sale items
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- Damaged or Defective Items
