Incroy & Merv Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Incroy & Merv! We're excited to get your new clothes to you. This policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.

Domestic Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During high order volume times, there may be a slight delay in processing. We'll contact you if there's a significant delay.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen method. Here are our options:
    • Standard Shipping (Rs.100 for Orders Below Rs 6000): Delivers in 6-7 days.
    • Express Shipping (Rs 200): Delivers in 3-4 days.
    • COD Orders : Compulsory Pre-Charge of Rs 150, rest payment when the product is delivered at your doorstep. Delivery between 5-7 days.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package within 24 hours.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via reliable carriers. While we strive to process your orders promptly, please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not include the 24-hour order processing window.

International shipping is estimated to take between minimum 10 to 20 days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns

We accept returns within 2-3 days from the date of delivery of domestic orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Tags must also be attached. International Orders once placed cannot be returned.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. International orders once placed cannot be refunded.

Damages

Incroy & Merv is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

Prepaid Orders

Please note that prepaid orders can be canceled only if immediate actions are taken within 2-3 hours only. If your order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it at all.
